It has been awhile since I’ve posted because life has seriously been a whirlwind lately – and I’m loving it. I do have some things in store but in the meantime I thought I would share this quick, easy recipe for guacamole.
Yesterday I went to Kroger to pick up some things in case the Atlanta “winter storm advisory” led to a second snowpocalypse so of course, I thought it would also be a good time to try making guacamole for the fist time. Smart right? The thing I love about this is that a) it’s easy to make, b) it’s a healthy snack, and c) it’s absolutely delicious!
Don’t mind the mess, we made it in the middle of working from home.
* 2 avocados
* 1/2 – 1 a lime (juice) to preferance
* 2 tablespoons of fresh cut cilantro
* 1 Roma tomato
* Garlic powder
Obviously you can add other things to taste but this is SO simple and easy to prep! All you have to do it toss them all in a bowl and stir it up. I’m obsessed. Better than anything we’ve bought and the portion is manageable enough that you aren’t wasting or regretting later. 😉
